1. Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Downloadable/digital products
  • Personal care items (if opened)
  • Customized or personalized products

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (depending on your bank/payment provider)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Returns made after the allowed period
